This album collects previously unreleased demos written by Tim & Brian dating back to 1977 (before the band even called themselves The Mahoney Brothers), up to the release of the recording of their debut album Runnin' Too Long in late 1981. From their first studio recording ever ("Just You And Me"), to the 1981 B-Side to the "Send Me A Photograph" 45 single ("I Don't Want To Be Lonely"), The Lost Recordings is a deep dive into The Mahoney Brothers archives, filled with home demos of originals never-before-heard by anyone outside of The Mahoney family.
